One-on-One Healing Centered Coaching Sessions
A private, virtual space to slow down, tell the truth, and decide what comes next. Each session follows my Healing Centered Coaching® model: we pause, ground in what matters, align with your values and inner wisdom, and choose a next step that is yours. Sessions honor your culture, history, and community as sources of strength.
I offer a Community Rate because cost should not be the reason you go without support. It is for people between jobs, early-career staff, grassroots organizers, students, and anyone for whom a higher rate would be a real barrier. No paperwork or proof is needed; I trust you to choose the rate that fits your situation. Choosing the Community Rate helps keep this work accessible, and those who can pay more make it possible.
